1. Where are your saunas made?
All saunas are designed and sourced in Canada, using premium, sustainable woods (cedar, pine and maple) and materials to ensure quality, durability, and authenticity.
2. Do you offer custom sauna solutions?
Yes, we can help you choose and configure the sauna that best fits your space, whether it’s indoor or outdoor. For special requests, please contact our team directly.
3. Are your saunas easy to assemble?
Most of our saunas are shipped as kits and include clear assembly instructions. In many cases, two people can complete the installation with basic tools.

4. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly on our website through our secure checkout system. You may also contact us for personalized assistance.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
6. Do you offer financing?
Yes, flexible financing options are available on select products with Affirm and Afterpay.
Shipping & Delivery
7. How long will delivery take?
- Saunas: 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
- Smaller items (heaters, accessories): 5–7 business days.
8. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Due to size and weight, expedited shipping is generally not available for saunas. However, smaller items may be shipped faster upon request.
9. How will I know when my sauna ships?
Once your order is ready, we’ll confirm by phone or email. Shipping is scheduled within 2–4 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive tracking details when available.
10. Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. For freight shipments, someone must be present to receive and sign for the order. If you are not available, the carrier will reschedule or arrange pickup at a local terminal.
11. What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. For hidden damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Returns & Refunds
12. Can I return my sauna?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and free of labels or damage. A 15% restocking fee applies.
13. Which products cannot be returned?
- Custom saunas, sauna kits, and special orders
- Electrical parts and heating elements
- Clearance/final sale items
- Clothing items (for hygiene reasons)
- Chemical products (for safety reasons)
14. How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds or credit notes are processed within 7–14 business days after approval by our accounting team.
