Shipping policy

At Kaban Saunas, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping requires special handling and coordination. Please review our policy below:
1. Standard Shipping

Most of our saunas and accessories ship via freight carriers due to their volume and weight.

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability but typically range between 2–4 weeks.

Some smaller items (e.g., sauna heaters, accessories) may ship faster, usually within 5–7 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is generally not available for most saunas, as costs would exceed the price of the product.

In certain cases (small parts, heaters, or accessories), expedited shipping may be arranged by special request. Please contact us directly by phone to inquire.
3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm shipping details.

After confirmation, your order will be shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking information will be sent by email once available.

Please note: Some freight carriers do not provide tracking numbers. In these cases, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Delivery Appointments & Receiving

Freight deliveries require that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will:

Attempt delivery the next business day, or

Contact you to arrange a new appointment.

In some cases, you may need to pick up your order from a local freight terminal or depot if delivery cannot be completed.
5. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

If damage is discovered after unpacking, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue so we can assist.
6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product, location, and delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete.
