Refunds & Returns Policy

At Kaban Saunas, we take great care in the design, manufacturing, and fulfillment of our products. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
Kaban Saunas does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind, once an order has been placed and/or shipped.

By completing a purchase on our website or through any of our sales channels, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to natural materials

  • Failure to read product descriptions, specifications, or terms prior to purchase

2. Non-Returnable Products (Without Exception)

For clarity and avoidance of doubt, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, without exception:

  • All saunas, sauna kits, and custom or made-to-order products

  • Electrical components, heaters, controls, and accessories

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

  • Robes, sauna kilts, or specialty apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Chemical products and consumables (for safety reasons)

3. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all product details, measurements, delivery information, and specifications are correct at the time of purchase.

Once an order is confirmed:

  • It cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded

  • Production and/or fulfillment may begin immediately

4. Product Variations

Kaban Saunas products are crafted using natural materials.
Variations in wood grain, texture, color, knots, and finish are normal characteristics and do not constitute defects.

While we strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to:

  • Natural material differences

  • Monitor or screen settings

  • Lighting conditions

Such variations are not grounds for return, refund, or dispute.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy.
Unauthorized disputes may result in delayed resolution and potential restriction from future purchases.
