Our Quality Commitment

At KÄBAN Saunas, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional craftsmanship and durability. Every sauna is carefully built with premium, sustainably sourced wood and materials. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, effective from the date the product is received by the end customer.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Complete the online Warranty Claim Form with purchase details and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 5–10 business days.
  3. If approved, replacement parts will be provided at no charge. Please note that installation or labor costs are not included, and warranty coverage is not extended beyond the original period.

Warranty Coverage

✔ Wood Structure: 5 years against manufacturing defects or structural failure (residential use only).
✔ Heaters & Electrical Components: Covered by manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5 years, depending on model).
✔ Accessories: Included accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, natural weather conditions, or routine maintenance (e.g., tightening barrel bands, cleaning, sealing, or refinishing wood).
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product manuals.
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by non-accredited personnel.
  • Natural wood variations such as cracks, knots, or color changes.
  • Labor, service, or installation costs – the warranty is parts only.
  • Any damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, or natural disasters.
